Ten easy steps are detailed for entering a business into the federal procurement system, receiving bids for lucrative federal contracts. The book is not longer available in print, although it can be found at amazon and yahoo.   I am in the process of re-writing the book bring it up to date and making it a digital book that can be updated on a regular basis. The files listed are for informational purposes only, use of them is protected by copywrite.
I found some current up to date resources that you can also use.  The Defense Studies institute has really good guidebhooks that are well worth looking at.
